Each month, you'll receive a newsletter with handy tips, recipes and information that you can share with the kids in your life, and you may even find information in there that will help you, too. Page two of the newsletter is designed just for kids, with activities and fun facts that will help them think about health in ways that speak to them. Use the information to start a conversation with the kids in your life about your health and theirs, and you can help open a door to wellness within your family.
