Albertsons LLC will retain employment application records for anyone who applies for employment in our Utah locations but who is not hired for up to two years from the time the employment application is submitted to us, unless otherwise required by law. Thereafter Albertson’s LLC will dispose of the applications in a manner intended to ensure complete destruction of these employment application records. Albertson’s LLC will take commercially reasonable measures to keep employment application records confidential and to prevent unauthorized disclosure. Information contained in the employment application records received by Albertson’s LLC will not be used for a purpose other than to determine whether or not to hire the applicant.
