Albertsons, MOVIN 97.5 Partner to Raise Money for Cardon Children’s Medical Center
July 21, 2010 – PHOENIX, AZ — Albertsons stores in the Phoenix metro area as well as Prescott, Prescott Valley, and Flagstaff are joining forces with MOViN 97.5 Radio to raise funds for the Music Therapy Program at Cardon Children’s Medical Center, part of the nonprofit Banner Health.
The promotion, which began July 19th and runs through August 16th, also offers listeners the opportunity to win two tickets to see Lady Gaga in Paris, U2 in Rome, or $5,000 in cash.
“Albertsons stores and customers have always been great supporters of local charitable organizations and their causes,” said Ken Diehl, Vice President of Marketing and Merchandising for the Southwest Division of Albertson’s LLC. “Partnering with MOVIN on this cause allows us to not only help out a great organization in Cardon Children’s, but also to reward a lucky customer and MOVIN listener.”
To enter, listeners can go to any local, participating Albertsons store and make a $1 donation to the Cardon Children’s Medical Center Music Therapy Program. Listeners can visit www.movin975.com for additional entry details and to access the contest rules.
