Andrew Scoggin joined Albertson’s, Inc. in the Labor Relations and Human Resources department in 1993, most recently serving as Vice President of Labor Relations—and formerly as Vice President Human Resources and Labor Relations. Prior to that time, Andrew practiced law with a San Francisco Bay Area law firm.

Andrew has a strong background in human resources as well as labor negotiations, Taft-Hartley fund administration, administrative agency interaction, union contract administration and related matters. He has served as a trustee on the board of trustees on a number of Taft-Hartley trust funds over the last decade and has testified before Congress on pension reform.

Andrew received his Juris Doctorate cum laude from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School of Law in 1989.
