1. I don’t see the Cyber Sale promotions. When will the prices be live?
• The Cyber sale prices will be live on the site only on October 10 - 12.
2. I see the Cyber Sale price in the ad on October 8th. Can I get the Cyber sale price on October 8th?
• Yes, when you place your order for pickup or delivery on October 10th, 11th or 12th.
3. Can I place my order ahead to pick up on the 10th, 11th, and 12th and still get the Cyber Sale specials?
• Yes, you can place your order and select an October 10-12 pickup and delivery timeslot. When your order is finalized at the store, the Cyber sale prices will be applied to your order.
• If placing the order prior to the 10th, 11th, and 12th ad prices will not be visible in your cart, but they will be applied the day of pick up/delivery.
4. Can I get the Cyber Sale prices when I shop in the store?
• Cyber sale prices are only available for online grocery pick up or delivery orders.
• A store team member will be happy to help you place an order on the Web or App.
• Order will be available for pickup in the available time slot, and you may pick up at a streetside location.
5. Some of the items have limits. How do the limits work?
• If an item has a limit of 4 you will only receive the sale price for 4 of those items. Any additional items will be the normal price.
6. Can I use additional coupons or discounts during the Cyber Sale?
• Yes, make sure to take into account the sale items so you are still meeting any minimum spend requirements. See your digital deals for details.
7. What if my store doesn’t have pick up or delivery?
• You can find a store that has grocery pickup and delivery by clicking here.
