Directions

Donuts:
1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees before spraying donut pans with cooking spray. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar and whisk together before setting this bowl aside. 3. In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine milk, sour cream and eggs until it has a smooth consistency. 4. In the same medium sized bowl, whisk in the pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla extract. 5. From there, pour the pumpkin mixture into the flour mixture and stir until thoroughly combined but be careful to not overmix. 6. Spoon the batter into a large zip-lock and snip the corner off the bottom of the bag to use it as a piping bag. 7. Pipe batter into the donut pans, filling each cavity about ¾ full. 8. Bake for only 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. 9. Remove from oven and cool on a rack for about 2 minutes.

Glaze:
1. In a medium sized bowl, whisk milk, vanilla extract and powdered sugar until it has a smooth consistency. 2. After allowing the donuts to cool for a couple of minutes, dip each donut into the bowl of glaze and set on a cooling rack. 3. Garnish with cinnamon and then allow the donuts to set for around 10 minutes. Enjoy!
