1. Preheat oven to 375 degree F.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil. Set aside.
3. Drain and rinse chickpeas. Spread out on paper towels and rub to dry. Discard any loose skins.
4. Spread dried chickpeas on baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring half way through.
5. Remove chickpeas from oven and toss with oil and seasoning. Return chickpeas to baking sheet and bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
