1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Using a paring knife and spoon, or melon baller, carve out & discard each apple core. (Be careful not to puncture the bottom). Portion 1 teaspoon butter in bottom of each apple core. Set aside.
2. In a small mixing bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour, pecans, cinnamon, allspice and canola oil. Divide mixture between the 4 apples, firmly packing into each core.
3. Place apples in a 9x9-inch pan and bake uncovered for 35 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil and bake an additional 25-30 minutes, or until apple skin starts to wrinkle.
4. Once removed from oven, slice apples in half. Serve hot with a dollop of Greek yogurt.
