Directions

1. Stick garlic cloves into roast, and place in slow cooker. Sprinkle with beef granules. Cover with vinegar. Cook on low for 8 hours or overnight. Do not uncover while cooking.
2. Remove roast and slice or pull apart, keep warm.
3. Strain juice into saucepan; add bouillon cubes and water, bring to a boil.
4. To serve, place sliced beef on hoagie buns. Place au jus in small bowls and serve with sandwiches.
