1. Layer bottom of a wide-rimmed Mason jar with bouillon base, Hoisin sauce and Sriracha. Add rice noodles, bell pepper, onion, meat, bean sprouts, spinach, cilantro, and jalapeno. Place lime wedges and any desired herbs on top. Cover with lid and refrigerate until ready to eat, or overnight.
2. Once ready to eat, remove lid and pull out lime wedges. Squeeze limes and pour boiling water into jar.
3. Carefully return lid and gently shake jar to stir contents. Enjoy immediately.
