1. Layer tomatoes and vinaigrette in the bottom of a wide-rimmed Mason jar. Add cucumber, red onion, greens, feta cheese, shrimp and boiled egg. Cover with lid and seal until lunch-time, or overnight (up to 18 hours).
2. Once ready to eat, shake jar to combine ingredients and enjoy!
