1. In a large Dutch oven, brown ground beef over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, carrot andzucchini. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring to incorporate vegetables.
2. Add all remaining ingredients, except spaghetti. Simmer mixture over low heat for 5 minutes. Break spaghettinoodles in half and add (uncooked). Cover pot tightly, reduce heat, and simmer on lowest setting for 30minutes. Uncover and simmer an additional 10 minutes.
