Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Rub pork tenderloins with olive oil. Season with Cavender’s and black pepper and roll in crushed pistachios.
3. Place on baking sheet and bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 145 degrees. Remove from oven and let pork rest for 5 minutes. Slice into 1/2 inch slices.
4. Warm raspberry chipotle sauce and serve to accompany pork tenderloin.
