1. Place chicken in even layer on bottom of slow-cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
2. In medium bowl, combine BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk together until well blended.
3. Pour over chicken, cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6 hours.
4. Remove chicken from slow-cooker and serve either as whole breast for a meal or shred (using two forks) for sandwiches
