1. Rinse Kale thoroughly and pat dry.
2. Cut kale into bite size pieces (stems are optional but may be tough).
3. In a separate bowl, thoroughly whisk together dressing ingredients (olive oil, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, red pepper, sesame seeds and brown sugar).
4. Dress the fresh cut kale with the dressing, toss to coat evenly.
