1. Lightly brush sourdough bread slices with olive oil and toast in the oven.

2. In a medium bowl, combine tuna, avocado, lemon juice and salt, and lightly mash with the back of a fork to combine.

3. In another bowl, combine arugula, radish, jalapeño, lemon juice, olive oil and salt, and toss gently. Spread Tuna-Avocado Mash evenly on the toasted bread. Top each toast with arugula salad and serve.
